How Lexi can help
Lexi has experience working with children, teens and adults who have faced significant trauma. She understands how past experiences can shape mental health today, and also supports clients with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties and life changes.
Lexi's approach
Lexi is client-centred and strengths-focused, helping people recognize and use the strengths they already have. She creates a nurturing, inclusive space and tailors her work using ACT, EMDR, CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is honoured to support clients from all backgrounds on their path to healing and growth.

Lexi is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, practising under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist.
