Mitchell Reitz
Psychologist
Registered Psychologist
Mitchell offers honest, down-to-earth therapy where your values and perspective carry as much weight as his clinical expertise.
How Mitchell can help
Mitchell works with all ages and a wide range of concerns, with special interests in men's mental health, adolescent development and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He also supports clients navigating life transitions and mood concerns such as anxiety and depression.
Mitchell's approach
Mitchell believes the best tool he brings to therapy is his humanity. He shows up as a person first, with the same honesty, humility and accountability that change asks of his clients. He draws on ACT, insight-oriented, narrative and client-centred therapy, and works collaboratively so therapy feels personal and lasting. That collaboration also gives clients a safe place to practise speaking up for themselves. He'll work at whatever pace feels right for you.
