INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A space that’s just for you

Sometimes life feels heavier than it should. Maybe you’ve been anxious, low or on edge for a while. Maybe something happened that you can’t seem to move past, or you’re simply not feeling like yourself. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Individual therapy gives you one-on-one time with a therapist in a private, judgement-free space. Together, you’ll make sense of what you’re feeling, understand where it’s coming from, and build practical tools to handle it. Many people find therapy helps them feel calmer and more confident, and more like themselves again.
Our team works with children, teens and adults, in person at our St. Albert clinic or online. We draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor them to you, so therapy fits your needs, your goals and your pace.
